We are excited to announce our featured keynote speaker for the 2021 Governor’s LEAD Conference. This year, internationally renowned diversity, inclusion and bias expert Risha Grant will deliver a high-energy and thought-provoking message to help us address our own ‘B.S’., or Bias Synapse.

As an attendee, you will also hear opening remarks from Governor Andy Beshear, along with performances from the Kentucky State University choir, 2021-22 Poet Laureate Crystal Wilkinson, musical folk band Appalatin and many more!

The 2021 LEAD Conference will be emceed by KET’s Renee Shaw who will also serve as moderator for several powerful panels that will include speakers including Chief of Staff for the Office of the Governor, La Tasha Buckner, Cathe Dykstra - Chief Possibility Officer/President & CEO, Family Scholar House, Virginia Moore - Executive Director, KY Commission of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing and others.
